My husband and I have been coming here since 2008 and it's a regular place for us to stop by.
I absolutely love their prices and very large portions. Everything is cooked fresh and they always take pride in their presentation. Their sesame chicken is amazing and chicken lo mein is never greasy - always tender and delicious.
The ladies are super sweet (family owned) and always stop to make conversation with us.
It might be a hole in the wall, that could admittedly use some updating, but we love it just the way it is! We have some awesome memories here :D -

Our first and last time trying Jade Palace. It took almost 2 hours for food to be delivered. The egg rolls were soggy and the chicken was rubbery. So disappointing. Restaurant owners need to understand that people use their hard earned money to buy their food and it should be cooked well, be fresh and delivered on time. I ordered this food for my family and for them to not like it means I have unhappy and hungry kids on top of the 2 hour wait. I mean really, waiting 2 hours and finally eating, but it's crappy food? Won't be back.

Food was ok but they wanted to charge $2 extra for two cups of water after I spent $15 on food??
That's a sign that they cut corners elsewhere so we give two stars! -

Have been ordering delivery from Jade Palace for over a year now and have not had a problem up until now. As per usual I ordered sesame chicken with fried rice which came with free egg rolls. The sesame chicken tasted very old as if it were pre-made and had been sitting around for several days so I drove it back. I asked for a refund (which I didn't expect but figured I'd try) and the translator said the manager claimed it was freshly made even though it was delivered within ten minutes from when I called and placed the order. Long story short I told the workers that they were losing customers over this as the food was that bad and the manager caused a scene and threw the food into the dirty bins in front of me and other customers who were dining in. Take your money and go to Panda Express.

Jade Palace has incredibly quick service. The food is fairly good but not spectacular. It's a good price though especially for the portion size. You can easily get two or three meals out of one order. The steamed potstickers really good but the chicken lo mein was just so-so. I like it because it's close and easy to get a quick dinner but if I'm looking for something really yummy I'll go elsewhere.
